ELITE MVB 650. THE CONCEPT.
The ELITE MVB 650 model is our machine for the sharpening of the hollow face teeth on carbide circular saws. It comes in a half enclosure configuration that makes it especially economical for workshops that require a good return of investment.

Automatic operation using 2 CNC axis:
- A: Tooth indexing
- X: Sharpening travel
Manual axis:
- Y: Saw blade body thickness
- Z: Stock removal
- B: Face angle
The design of the cabin ensures particularly easy access for quick adjustment of the machine's preparation for sharpening.

Easy to use control panel
The control panel with LCD screen allows the programming of the machine. Among the programmable values we highlight:
- Sharpening path
- Sharpening speed
- Tooth pitch
- Indexing speed of the tooth indexing finger
- Number of teeth
- Broken teeth
All the functions of the buttons are explained in the buttons with illustrations and every button is intended to do a single task. So you know what to expect from a button press.
Sharpening group
Integrated refrigeration equipment
It allows wet sharpening with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life. for better surface quality and longer grinding wheel life.
Integrated coolant system with 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.
Easy access
Clean design and easy access for servicing or repairing the machine.
Easy maintenance
The electrical panel is located at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover.
The electrical panel is organized in a clean way, so maintenance is simple when necessary.
