ELITE MVB 850. THE CONCEPT.
The ELITE MVB 850 is our flat top and face tooth sharpening machine which can also grind the steel relief of the back of the carbide-tipped circular saws. For saws from ø3,93" to 33,4".
Its special configuration makes it the ideal machine for the sharpening workshop. It not only allows the relief of the saw body, but also allows the sharpening of the top and face of the tooth in the flat teeth geometry. This double function allows for greater use, which implies a much faster amortization of the cost of the machine.

Easy to use control panel
Easy-to-use control panel with LCD color touch screen that allows programming of the machine. Among the programmable values are:
- Tooth angle programming: The grinding wheel axis will automatically move to the value entered in the program.

- Indexing speed of the tooth feeding pawl

Integrated refrigeration equipment
Machine operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life.
Integrated coolant system with 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.
Easy access and maintenance
At the back of the machine we find the electrical panel at the bottom and the mechanical system at the top, both protected by their corresponding easy-access panel, which also reduces the total space needed for the machine.
